That was back in 2001, long before social media became a part of everyday life – before platforms like Facebook connected billions of people, and long before video calls replaced face-to-face meetings.
Back then, Apple had just introduced the first iPod and the digital world was still in its infancy. But even then, we recognised that the right kind of communication could leave a lasting impact.
