How long will my order take to be delivered?

Delivery can be expected 4 weeks from receipt of order. Fishing shirts may have a longer lead time depending on stock levels.

What are the delivery costs?

A free local pickup option is available from Mader Group (Perth Head Office), Perth Airport.
Alternatively, for home delivery, a shipping fee of $20 incl. GST applies for orders delivered within Australia.

What if I need to cancel an order?

If an order needs to be cancelled please contact Tangibility immediately. The order can only be cancelled if the items have not been manufactured or dispatched.

What happens if I can’t find what I need in the online store?

Are there rules to follow for merchandise?

It is critical all Mader merchandise is produced in accordance with the Mader branding guidelines. Any new merchandise must be approved by the Corporate Affairs team prior to purchase.
