How long will my order take to be delivered?

What are the delivery costs?

A free local pickup option is available from Barminco Hazelmere Office.
Alternatively, for home delivery, a shipping fee of $16.50 incl. GST applies for orders delivered within Australia.

What if I need to cancel an order?

If an order needs to be cancelled please contact Tangibility immediately. The order can only be cancelled if the items have not been manufactured or dispatched.

What happens if I can’t find what I need in the online store?
